1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery through the carrier’s website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
6. Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please first check your tracking information. If you still have concerns, please contact us and we will investigate the matter promptly.

7. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately.
