At Couture Divara, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before making a return request.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
  • With all original tags attached
  • In their original packaging

Items that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Intimates, swimwear, and accessories (for hygiene reasons)
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will provide you with return instructions.

Please do not send items back without prior authorisation. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for a different size or colour, subject to availability. To request an exchange, please contact us with your order details and preferred replacement item.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

7. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return packages.
